About Completely Covered Insurance

Completely Covered’s owner, Michael P. Cracco, has been a New York insurance agent for close to twenty years.  He began his career handling Long Island auto insurance policies at Morstan General Agency from 1993 until he started Completely Covered in 2001.  He has since added New York homeowners insurance and New York commercial insurance to his company’s list of services.
Through his tireless dedication to providing quality coverage and meaningful business relationships with his clients, Michael has many industry awards.
Mike is on the PIA of NY Board of Directors, CIBGNY Board of Directors, he was appointed by the Superintendent of Insurance to sit on the NYAIP Governing Committee of NY, and he was the recipient of the 2007 NY Young Insurance Professional of the Year Award.

I was born and raised on Long Island. I never knew a thing about insurance until I started working for Completely Covered Insurance Agency 9 years ago in September of 2002. I can’t believe I was driving around not really understanding insurance. I think it’s so important to understand what you are purchasing and although most of us think price is the most important thing, after attending a few seminars, I came to find out that coverage is just as important. That is the thing about insurance, you can learn something new every day. I love what I do and the atmosphere of our office. The people that walk in are very excited to realize that we know their faces and names. That is the kind of service I like, so I make sure to remember all of our customers and make them feel comfortable when they come into our office.

I started my career in the insurance field when I joined the Completely Covered staff in January of 2003 as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Through the years, I have serviced our clients with their insurance needs which allowed me to acquire vast experience and knowledge in both personal and commercial insurance.
Completely Covered Insurance is a company that is constantly growing which allows our staff to grow as well. I am currently serving as the Operations Manager and am glad to that say I work with an excellent team that is always eager to serve our clients. We not only sell insurance, we give you peace of mind, knowing your loved ones and assets are protected.
It has truly been a great experience to be part of the Completely Covered family and I hope to continue serving the community with their insurance needs for years to come.

I'm Claudia Ventura, I have been working in the insurance industry for about three and half years, and in May of 2009, I was given the awesome opportunity to work at Completely Covered Insurance Agency. It is a pleasure for me to work for a Company that is driven by the only one goal "Satisfied Customers" one of my biggest satisfaction is to provide excellent service and accurate information to every one that requires assistance and being a bilingual person gives the opportunity to service more then one community.

Hi, I’m Shannon Falotico and have been with Completely Covered for a year now and can truly say I LOVE what I do. Mike is a great boss with drive that I have only seen in a few people. My co-workers are in one word amazing.  This company was the first Insurance organization I have been employed by and with the devoted help of Cathy, Lourdes and Claudia I have been able to hone my skills to develop the accurate knowledge to assist our clientele accurately.

Karina has recently joined Completely Covered in October of 2011. Prior to her joining our team, Karina has worked as an Independent Life, Health, and Accident Insurance Agent. Her experience as both a Litigation Paralegal and Office Manager has given her an advantage as an insurance agent. It has strengthened her belief to always protect your client's interests and has brought her insight to the different benefits that a company can offer to their employees. She has seen first-hand the importance and need of insurance policies and the protection it offers to love ones, the positive effects it has on businesses, and the consequences and impact it has to both individuals and businesses when not purchased. Karina has excelled in providing her clients with the care and service that they deserve. Her beliefs and experience in understanding what is truly important to our business and our clients and that is why it makes her someone we are lucky to have as part of our team here at Completely Covered.

After graduating from Towson University in May of 2011, I returned home to Long Island. Upon returning home, I was very enthusiastic about entering into the work force. Recently being employed by Completely Covered Insurance Ageny, I am eager to gain experience in the insurance world and what is has to offer to others. My focus is in insurance sales and helping people save money on all of their insurance needs.
