MICHAEL CRACCO

FOUNDER & CEO

Michael P. Cracco, has been a NY Insurance Agent for over to 20 years. In 2001, he started Completely Covered Insurance Agency. Through his tireless dedication, Michael has won many industry awards and has held various prestigious positions with the PIANY for decades. He currently reports to the Department of Financial Services as a public member and represents the buying public for the NYAIP. He received the young insurance professional of the year award in 2006 from the PIA and the following year he was spotlighted as one of Rough Notes Agents of the Year.

MICHAEL VENDITTO, ESQ

PRESIDENT

Michael Venditto brings years of legal and managerial experience, in addition to a wealth of governmental knowledge to Completely Covered. After working as an attorney for the Town of Hempstead, he was elected to the Nassau County Legislature in 2012 and in 2014, to the New York State Senate where he was appointed to its Standing Committee on Insurance. Michael has also received the Professional Insurance Association Award for community service. He is a hardworking, effective leader whose skills will strengthen the already stellar reputation that Completely Covered has enjoyed since its inception.

CATHY CANADY

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Cathy Canady was one of the first customers at Completely Covered Insurance in 2001. After graduating with her Bachelors of Fine Arts from CW Post, she decided to accept a position at Completely Covered. Now, after 15 years of hard work and dedication, she's currently the Senior Account Executive.

HEATHER MATHES

DIRECTOR OF SALES, USA

Heather Mathes got her start in sales working in Westbury, NY. In 2015, after years of being the top salesperson at her company, she was offered a Sales Director position at Synergy Fitness in Massapequa, NY. After 2 years of hard work and determination, she was recruited by Completely Covered Insurance to lead the US Sales team. Heather is always eager to assist in any client matters.

Claudia Ventura began working at Completely Covered Insurance Agency in May of 2009. As Director of International Sales, she is driven by the goal to "Satisfy All Customers". With that in mind, Claudia is happy to provide excellent customer service and accurate information to every client or future client that requires assistance. She is also bilingual, which gives her the incredible ability to service more than just the English speaking community.

Maritza Pena has been with Completely Covered Insurance since January of 2016. She is extremely dedicated to Completely Covered's clients and has earned quite the respected reputation since she began. Maritza's goal is to provide top customer service to her clients and she prides herself in doing just that.

GLORIA MONTOYA

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RETENTION

Gloria Montoya brings over 30 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration. She is currently the Director of Customer Retention at Completely Covered Insurance. She is responsible for retaining customers and making sure their policies are up to date.
